, that a friend of mine joined recently just had to change it name from Mannschaftskabine.net, because somebody used the publicity they gained during their pre-launch to grab the trade mark "Mannschaftskabine.net" just three days after they made the first press release. The lesson for everyone considering to launch a startup is: claim not only your domain name early, but also register a trade mark as one of the first steps.
