Bulldozer now with Maven and M2 support

Yesterday I blogged about Bulldozer, the Nautilus extension that allows convenient access to the build tool GNU Make.

If you are browsing a folder with a Makefile, Bulldozer extends the context menu by adding an entry "Build this project" and opens a little dialog allowing you to build, rebuild, clean, etc. your project. After selecting the desired target, Bulldozer will invoke make and you are done.

Today Bulldozer offers support for my favorite build tools: Maven and Maven 2 (and for Ant and Nant, but that was not written by me).

This is were Open Source Software is best: Software for developers. If your users are developers they are more likely to just pick up the sources and add features they miss than any other audience.
