is my degree recognized in Germany?

If you have a degree from a non-German University or College you might need to check and see if it is accepted in Germany. You don't have to pay anyone for this service, just check on ANABIN. "Anerkennung und Bewertung ausländischer Bildungsnachweise"/"Acknowledgment and Evaluation of Foreign Education". It is unfortunate that the site is only in German.

A good tip idea would be to contact the "Internationaler Bund e.V." in your area. They really helpful and always get hold of the right people.

Otherwise try Zeugnisanerkennung

I've recreated my open office icons. I looked  at my first  mockups and they were not speaking to me anymore so I started over.

I would like to attempt to make a complete set of icons for the most commonly used applications. Please feel free to list which applications you frequently use.

The Mindquarry Desktop Client needs icons to inform a user of changes and conflicts to files and folders when attempting to synchronize. The following icons are an idea.

Changes / Conflicts / Obstructions

Add File / Add Folder - Green Plus sign. (afterthought was the tick)
The only problem here is that according to the tango icon theme the yellow glow indicates something newly added.
Remove File / Remove Folder - Red X sign
Conflict File / Conflict Folder -  exclamation mark sign (afterthough was the yellow background)
Modified File / Modified Folder - Blue star
