"Anerkennung und Bewertung ausländischer Bildungsnachweise"/"Acknowledgment and Evaluation of Foreign Education". It is unfortunate that the site is only in German.
A good tip idea would be to contact the "Internationaler Bund e.V." in your area. They really helpful and always get hold of the right people.
